TOASTMASTER CALLS MEETING TO ORDER
TOASTMASTER – RICK
The meeting today will have a change in the usual meeting format. Instead of the usual introductory roles (i.e. Ah Count,Table Topics, Evaluation, etc.), we will be using the meeting as a discussion forum to talk about the goals for our club and members for the 2025-2026 year.

AGENDA ITEM #1 SPEAKER: BILL FITTS
Bill co-founded this club in 1982 and currently serves as both Treasurer and Secretary. He is a Planning Commissioner for the City of Newark.
Bill will present an overview of the Toastmasters tool Moments of Truth, along with highlights from the Distinguished Club Program reports. The length of his speech is 5-7 minutes.
AGENDA ITEM #2 DISCUSSION LEAD BY RICK
The Toastmaster year runs from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. We all want to see the club and members grow and thrive with this program.
This discussion is an opportunity for you to share your ideas on how we can make the club even better—what should we work toward together as a group, and what goals can each of us take on to contribute.
I’ll now facilitate a discussion in a format similar to Table Topics. Each of you will have 1 to 2 minutes to share your ideas and/or opinions.

3.In what ways do you feel your personal goals and objectives are being met?
4. How can the club better support you in using the Pathways program effectively?
